The hotel was in a lovely location, near the sea.

thoroughly enjoyed every detail about my such great 4 nights stay here. the staff was helpful at all levels. the location turned out to be marvellous and brilliant, next to walking distance to heacham, and other local areas. it also was close to shops.

This place is situated in a great location close to the beach and other facilities, including Hunstanton.

Would book again, liked its excellent and nice location. Overall, it's good base for exploring Heacham attractions. The staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere is SPECIAL.

It boasts a great location next to the beach and within walking distance to Heacham and Hunstanton. Go sightseeing and visit Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, which is set at a moderate distance from the venue.

loved this caravan, felt like home. amazing beach access, beautiful decking. great location for exploring nearby areas. highly recommend.

The room was awesome, with a cozy fireplace that made me feel right at home. It also had a lovely patio where I could enjoy the fresh air. The fully equipped kitchenette, including a microwave, was a bonus for someone like me who loves to cook.

Personally, I found the flat-screen TV in the room unnecessary, but I know others might enjoy it.

Free WiFi and parking, a kitchen with a fridge , a terrace, and a playground. And there's even a bar! Cheers!

Such a shame there's no Michelin-starred restaurant, but hey, who needs that when you can cook in a fully equipped kitchen, right?

This place is conveniently located near the beach and other amenities, as well as nearby local areas like Heacham and Hunstanton.

The caravan itself was clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were particularly comfortable and I slept really well. The location was also wonderful, with the beach only a short 2-minute walk away. I enjoyed the sunny decking area with a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The host was helpful and readily available when needed. My dog also had a great time, with the dog-friendly beach just a short stroll away. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Riverside 11 Parkdean South Beach to others.

This is not the fault of the host, but it could be a concern for those with very young or elderly family members, or for those without transportation to access cooler places until the sun goes down.
